Designed by Joan Gaspar, with a light-hearted name Plaff-on! is a claim that underlines its intention to offer an alternative to this type of luminaire.

Plaff-on! is a ceiling that looks for its appeal in simplicity and clarity, but also in the effect of multiple light, achieved thanks to its design.



Lamp Plaff-on! 


The structure of Plaff-on! orbiting the diffuser, made of white blown glass, is slightly detached from the ceiling and filters the light upwards, generating a luminous halo.

That same aluminum ring, also white inside, acts as a reflector and creates a new halo that surrounds the screen with direct light.

About the designer Joan Gaspar 

Joan Gaspar graduated in Industrial Design in Barcelona. He began to work in the manufacture of minimalist lamps and later expanded his collaboration with various companies in which he dedicated himself to the creation of new product lines.

Since 1996, the company is closely associated Marset dealing with the management of the company's product.

He has been recognized in several occasions to be awarded in the awards FAD.

In 2001, he was awarded the Silver Delta by the Atlas series and in 2005 by the Neon of Light, both made by Marset Lighting.

In 2002, he opened his own industrial design studio from which he developed his work with various companies for the conception of new products.

Joan Gaspar designer of the collection comments that "A poorly lit space can affect a lot emotionally. For me, the light at home has to go by spaces: light to eat, light to read, light to be on the sofa. Light by sectors that create pleasant atmospheres ".
