This service has allowed them to be now present in more than 40 countries and in the best showrooms in major cities such as: Paris, London, New York Madrid, Barcelona, Berlin, Frankfurt, Hong Kong, Tokyo and Moscow.
Their quality differentiates them from other brands. Its production processes are guaranteed to use a scrupulous technique in order to certify quality standards. As for logistics, our goal is to provide the best customer service in a quick and organized way.
We have a system consisting of 16 internal and 8 Technical instructions procedures that allow us to detect any deviation on the high quality standards set for our products. The whole assembling of the luminary is done in-house in order to control every detail of every single component involved, against the dominant trend of outsourcing.
They have an organized warehouse with EAN codes system (also used in other production warehouses) where we keep a high number of each of the existing models in the catalog. The production is based on computer forecasts, so that the answer to every need of our customers is immediate.
This system achieved an average of 4.5 days delivery in the Spanish market and 7 days in Europe.
