1 - Price List

Every price displayed on the technical data sheet of each product includes VAT, to view all the details of the price it is recommended to add the product to the shopping cart.

2 - Product shipment

We usually deliver our products using a shipper and the time of delivery may vary between 2 and 8 days since we receive the order from its corresponding manufacturer. The exact delivery time will be confirmed via email automatically when your order is received.

iLamparas.com will always make deliveries using a shipper whose company may vary if it does not mean any inconvenient for our customers.

3 - Deliveries to Spain Mainland, Balearic Islands (Except the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Andorra)

The shipping costs will be paid by iLamparas.com as long as the amount of the purchase exceeds €150 net (without taxes), otherwise shipping costs will be charged to the customer. iLamparas.com will always try to reduce the shipping costs to the minimum and we will let it know to the customer at the time of the purchase. 

4 - Deliveries to the European Union (including the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Andorra)

The shipping costs will be paid by iLamparas.com as long as the amount of the purchase exceeds €600 net (without taxes), otherwise shipping costs will be charged to the customer.

iLamparas will always try to reduce the shipping costs to the minimum and we will let it know to the customer at the time of the purchase. If the size of the product is too big, customers might be asked to pay a supplement, although the delivery meets the requirement for free shipping. Given this case, customers will be informed before sending the product. In this way, they will be able to cancel the order, if they wish. 

5 - Deliveries to the rest of the world

The shipping costs will be charged to the customer. However, iLamparas.com will always try to reduce the shipping costs to the minimum and we will let it know to the customer at the time of purchase.

6 - Payment methods

7 - Product Warranties

INTERNET LAMPARAS SLU, owner of ILAMPARAS.COM, guarantees under applicable law and the following conditions all products it distributes.

To claim the lack of conformity of the product, the consumer can address both the seller and the product manufacturer. The law establishes a general term of 2 years from delivery to expose the problem.

If the defect comes to light during the first 6 months from delivery of the goods, it is assumed that the defect existed when it was purchased and the consumer does not have to prove anything.

However, when the lack of conformity becomes apparent after 6 months and in doubtful cases, the manufacturer may require independent expertise to process a warranty. In obvious malfunctions or erratic operation under warranty there is no problem whatsoever.

In any case, during the time that the consumer is deprived from the product, the computing of the warranty period is suspended; for example, if the repair of a object lasts 15 days, the warranty period will end 15 days later than originally planned.

Every manufacturer that has a warranty longer than the 2 years settled by the Law, will have to be dealt directly with the manufacturer, not being iLAMPARAS.COM responsible in those cases.

Shipping costs incurred in processing the product warranty will be paid by ILAMPARAS.COM in cases where it is assumed that there is a lack of conformity in the goods purchased. It will always be under the instructions of ILAMPARAS.COM request and acceptance.

NOTE: When the customer requests an invoice for a business (not an individual), shipping costs to our facilities will be charged to the customer, since the law about consumer goods does not regulate buying and selling between companies.

8 - Order Insurance

All orders placed through our online store will be shipped with insurance for breakage or loss in transit.

For this reason, we ask customers to check all orders as soon as possible to detect any anomaly. If you detect any breakage or defect in the product, please let us know within 24 after delivery in order to claim it immediately to the transport insurance and to restore the damaged goods as soon as possible.

It is important that you attach photographs and a description of the anomaly in order to speed up the service. 

9 - Returns

If for any reason, when you receive the material at the indicated address in the order, it is not to your pleasure you have the right of withdraw: the order may be returned within 14 days of receipt, sending an e-mail to info@ilamparas.com and indicating your number order.

In this case, the freight will be a customer responsibility and the product must by in perfect condition. It is advisable to keep the original packaging, as it should be used in a possible return. However, if it is not possible to keep the original packaging, you may use other packaging, but this may suffer a devaluation.

The right of withdrawal shall not apply to contracts that relate to:

A) The supply of goods made according to the specifications of the consumer and user or clearly personalized.

B) Certain manufacturers do not accept returns, it will only be possible to make a change (Vibia, Iguzzini, Artemide, Arturo Alvarez, Fontana Arte, Slamp, Icone Minitalux, LZF Lamps or Catellani Smith ...).

C) Before making a return you must contact at info@ilamparas.com where the procedure will be confirmed and if possible the return or the manufacturer belongs to the group of the previous section.

10 - Order Cancellations

In the vast majority of our orders, request for products are made to factories mainly located in Spain and Italy. Given this fact, there is no possibility to cancel an order once shipped from the factory in most cases. For this reason, we reserve the right to accept order cancellations. 

11 - Gifts in Orders

All lamps, bulbs, fluorescent tubes and so on sent as a gift by iLamparas.com are shipped without shipping insurance like the majority of products. For this reason, they are not subject to any claim. Any type of item sent as a gift will be also under these circumstances.

12 - Order Confirmation

Your order will be confirmed and processed after the delivery of a personalised email as a notice, once the payment of your order has been checked depending on the selected payment method. Every order is subject to be processed, modified, or partially or totally cancelled before confirmation.

13 - After Sales Service
